I have used Hans Datz and his crew three times in the last year, and two of them were emergencies. The first time a tree branch (a careless tree contractor actually) knocked out my electricity and pulled the wiring & socket right off the side of my house. It was about 100 degrees and I was desperate to get my AC back on line. I got an estimate of $3000 from one firm in order to fix it that night. I called Hans and he did the work the next day for $1200. He also was able to avoid some of the parts & expenses that the other crook said were "required". The second time was right after Hurricane Sandy - although in a state of chaos (like everyone else !), he found time to get over to my house and set up a connection so that my portable generator could power my furnace; my family (including two young children) and I were extremely grateful. After helping me out with those two crises, I have used him for a number of projects, including recessed lighting, fixture installations, electrical re-routing, and other general electrical work. He is always reliable and responsive and does a great job.
