Was difficult to get the owners to agree to use the plants we wanted, and even after agreeing to not use some types, they showed up with those plants anyway. They insisted on a brand of pavers that ended up being poor quality and have faded. The front porch is sinking in the center and collects a puddle when it rains. They brought in supplies by driving all over the lawn instead of moving trucks around in the driveway. We had to fight to have the lawn repaired, which has still not recovered.
