She insisted on measuring the whole house. She would not surrender the CAD drawings that she had created that I had assumed she had. She was not in tune with what I wanted and chose not to go with her.

"You had said that you had wanted to do work to the upstairs bathrooms and potentially get access to you walk in attic. Of course I had to measure the upstairs. On June 23, 2011 I sent you via PDF drawings of your kitchen after we had reviewed the 4 versions that I had offered you at out meeting prior to the 23rd. I then sent you a revision to include the laundry room as per your request on July 1, 2011. I also dropped off a larger set of plans as per your request. I spent almost 20 hours working on your behalf to that point. You asked me for yet another additional layout in November 29, 2011 based on a "credit" that you mistakenly thought you had. This review is both unfair and not accurate."
