"On completion of the power washing project (canopy, patio/side walk, foundation and roof; additional work was done at no charge to the customer i.e. power washing patio chairs) the crew conducted a site inspection with Joe L. This customer appeared pleased with the work done, however, my office telephoned a week later to follow-up on same, and he stated he was unhappy with the power washing of the roof. He was asked why he had not mentioned this to the crew before they left his property, and why had he not telephoned the office, as the crew would have returned. Joe L. stated that he was pleased on the day it was done, but changed his mind the following day regarding the work done to the roof. I offered to have the crew return to address same, and he said no and continued to use profanity throughout the conversation."

"With regard to (consumer name withheld per their request) garage project he had requested that a particular product be utilized to repair his garage floor. As this product had not been used by our crew previously Mario wanted to personally supervise the repair of cracks to his garage floor. Upon leaving his residence he was quite happy with the job. In so much so, that he contacted our office and requested a complimentary estimate for repairing damage to the efis of his house caused by birds. An estimate was generated to this customer for pertinent repairs, and a follow up call was made. (consumer name withheld per their request)indicated he would let us know when he was ready. Several calls have been made to him, and he has not returned the calls. He will be reimbursed his deposit. AS A COURTESY TO THIS CLIENT SEVERAL PIECES OF HEAVY FURNITURE WERE MOVED IN/OUT OF HIS GARAGE, WHICH HE EXPRESSED HIS APPRECIATION FOR WHILE ON PROPERTY."
