Back Home Safely

I am so lucky to have found back home safely. Greg couldn’t have been more caring, more accommodating, or more concerned with getting the job done quickly so that I’ll be able to leave my apartment. The technician who installed the stair lift did such a great job! He too couldn’t have been any more professional, punctual, or concerned that I understood everything than he was. He was very patient and went over everything with me twice and I’m now able to leave my apartment and Join the world.

Gregg was extremely responsive (even while on vacation) and facilitated our getting a ramp installed in time for an outdoor Father's Day celebration. It's a huge improvement and Dad has been outside numerous times since it's installation. The platform and ramp are sturdy and the configuration maximizes the space available to enjoy the outdoors. Thanks again for a quality job and the quick turn around.

Back Home Safely was hired to renovate a bathroom to make it handicap accessible for my father who has health issues. The owner Gregg accepted the job and time constraints. The bathroom is a total disaster and there is not 1 thing correct including bowing walls, a tile job that needs to be replaced and all of the finishes are cheap and also need to be replaced. After having him come and view the faulty, substandard work, with another licensed contractor there as well to back up what we already knew, he STILL expected to be paid. So over the course of the next few days we have had to pay a plumber to correct what his contractors messed up and will continue to have to make changes to make the bathroom SAFE and functional, which he was supposed to do as a handicap contractor. We are out thousands of dollars and will have to spend thousands to rectify the situation . AVOID this company at all cost. They completely misrepresented themselves!

It went exceptionally well. They were able to install everything the day after I called. They came within the timeframe given. I was given a complete and concise overview of the job before they began and the guys were very thorough in accomodating our needs. The job was completed in a professional manner, and they tutored me on the operation of the stair chair until both they and I were satisfied and comfortable. They sat with me and went over the contract (we are renting for the time being), explained the costs clearly and concisely, explained our rights as to the equipment in our posession and outlined their service program which includes home visits Monday through Friday during regular business hours free of charge. I could not be happier with my experience today. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with an immediate need, short term need or permanent solution problem solving. Many thanks.
