GREAT EXPERIENCE! Rocky, the owner of the business, came as promised to estimate the magnitude of the job and give us an estimate. He is very experienced in this field and explained in our case, how the tree should be removed by use of a crane anchored in the front of the house. In this way, he could surgically dissect the tree, in limb clusters if you will, and hoist them SAFELY away from the house, away from all utility wires and - most importantly - away our old, fragile cedar fence. In fact, Rockey was the only contractor proposing this method as it was the least disruptive to our property. I liked this approach very much, so I agreed to have him do it as my instincts told me he was the right man for the job ! Once were 'on the schedule' for this job, since crane jobs require special scheduling, we were good to go ! He communicated very well throughout the entire process. He & the crew arrived on time, and proceeded to do exactly what he described they would do. They did it in a surprising expedient amount of time. Rocky was on site throughout the ENTIRE job supervising his team, which is very nice to see these days. They were extremely professional, neat, clean and respectful. Upon completion of the tree removal, there were three giant logs that needed to handled properly. He arranged to have them cut up and removed from the property the following day, which is exactly happened ! He introduced me to another excellent contractor (C. Keller Landscaping) who take care of all this neatly and punctually. Finally, after about a week, once the ground dried thoroughly Rocky returned to personally grind down the stump. Just like the rest of the job, this work was done neatly, cleanly and exactly on schedule. Overall, this was a terrific experience from start to finish. Rocky cares about what he does and the high quality of his work. He is a man of his word, and delivers on EVERYTHING he promises to the customer. A great job, by a honest contractor at a reasonable price. You can't ask for better than that :-)
