Window Cleaning
Key lesson-do not get estimates over the phone. I underestimated the number of windows and did not identify the right size of window that resulted in my estimate of $299 ending up with a total charge of $506! I should have had an on-site estimate. My frustration was that they did not clean all of the window sills nor did they reinstall all of the screens properly. The owner was professional in responding to my concerns but essentially placed the "blame" on me.
