My heart was broken by TecDsign, LLC's hiring. I expected so much and got so little; I got so upset that I would not recommend it to anyone. Knowledge of installation is zero. If I wanted this type of installation, I would do it myself. He just sent his workers to do the job, but he sent unqualified workers. As far as payment, he wanted to pay half the money before starting to mount the TV.

You made my techs re-install the TV many times just because you could not decide on the TV location. We estimated your job to take 4hours, but you kept us there for many hours more just because you could not decide. Also, the TV bracket you provided was of very low quality. You are that one customer whom I would rather not collect the balance than have a relationship. EVERYONE SHOULD READ MY OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISONS.
