Overall he was great. He was very informative and walked us through all our systems and common issues to teach us how everything works in our new house and prepare us for the future.

RJP responded in a very very prompt time. I had toilets that were running and a pipe that was leaking all the way down to the floor below. In the past they have installed a new hot water heater and offering a more efficient and cost effective replacement. All the employees there are polite and professional. I have used them on several occasions and even on emergency calls. They are honest, professional and know exactly what they are doing. I would recommend them to everyone since it is very hard to find a contractor that is trustworthy, reputable and not going to take you for all you got.

While I had them at my house to replace a water heater, I asked about putting heat into my bathroom. I had asked many other plumbers to tackle this task and all plumbers said it was too much work or could not be done. RJP came in and professionally and frankly said we can do it no problem. They also fixed my running toilets too! Now I have heat in my master bath...which never had heat before. I also have a more cost friendly and more efficient water heater and no leaky pipes or toilets. I have used RJP for many years now. They are price friendly, very reliable, trustworthy, fast and very clean. These are all the traits I am looking for besides getting top notch and 1st class service.
