Great process from estimate to completion. I was impressed from the start of the process when Ryan noted that the drain would need to be shifted slightly to align with the new tub, a detail that had gone unnoticed by the other two plumbers that came to give me estimates. On the day of the installation Ryan and his associate were detailed oriented and the results show their skill. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Arrived on time. Knew what they were doing. Uncomplaining about a muddy job on a very hot day. Remedied and improved upon the original installation. Cannot comment on price as final bill versus estimate is pending.

I discovered I had a leak in my hot water heater over the weekend so I called Revere on Sunday and left a message.  They returned my call Monday morning when they opened and asked what I needed.  They quoted me $1150 for the hot water heater and said they'd have to send someone out to look at the other minor work I needed.  Brian showed up before lunch, took a look and gave me an estimate.  He was professional and knowledgable.  They came back on Tuesday morning and completed all the work without any hiccups.  I was ready to pay them when they were done but Brian said they would send a bill.  Having dealt with various contractors over the years and dealing with many who don't answer their phone, don't show up when they're supposed to, overcharge, etc. this experience was a pleasure.  Revere is a family business and I plan to call them again for my next plaumbing adventure!

Revere was recommended by JB Fireplaces. They came and gave us an estimate. Next they did the required work and told us that after the town inspected the work, they would return to put final regulator on. They completed the work on schedule. They were prompt and the town inspector had no problem with their work.$925

Removed old gross toilet and replaced with a new one we'd bought at Home Depot. Really nice guys.

Highly recommend. They've been around for 100 years and there is good reason. I will be using them again as my plumber.

Finally an honest plumber! This is a family business and they responded quickly to my phone call, provided an accurate estimate and performed quality installation and cleanup. They discussed all the possibilities (I was changing back from an indirect [never again] to a direct water heater) and discussed the benefits and disadvantages of each (would you believe the old tank which had a "lifetime" warranty died after 7 years).

I would, without a doubt, use them again! Highly recommended.

Overall this experience was fantastic. We were very happy with the service provided. The plumber was professional and extremely pleasant. They were prompt and as for price we have yet to be billed but are not concerned as a preliminary estimate was provided. This is the best plumbing firm we have ever used and will use them again. We found the firm on Angie's list!

The plumber diagnosed the problem, found the source of the clogs, fixed the clogs. In addition, he tightened loose knobs and straightened up some earlier DIY repairs. They charged by the hour and worked at a reasonable pace. I was very pleased with the result and the price.

THIS COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL & THE PEOPLE WERE NICE. I JUST THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A LITTLE OVERPRICED. I HAD THEM DO SOME WORK BEFORE THAT I DIDN'T THINK WAS OVERPRICED, SO I DIDN'T LIKE HOW THE PRICE HAD GONE UP.
