Joe came promptly, described what he proposed to do, and gave us an estimate. He gave us the qualifications of his business (insurance, etc.). A four man team arrived with a  a large crane, and a chipper at 8:AM. The trees were cut, leaving low stumps, by 10:30 AM. Everything was cleaned up. The crew was very nice and accommodating. We were very satisfied with this very professional
business.

Joe and his crew did and excellent job.They were prompt,reasonably priced and easy to work with.The large oak that needed to be removed was between two houses.I couldn't figure out how they're going to remove it without it crashing into my house. They knew exactally what they were doing and it came down without any problems. They even filled in some large patches of grass that had been torn up with soil.I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I had recommendations from friend. It was fine. It was very good. They were great. They had reasonable price and excellent service. They were very nice to deal with.

I priced out three different tree services and this was the fairest and the most price conscious. He said that he would rather take a conservative approach and do less and charge less and gain a long term customer than tell me I needed to take down two or three large trees at great expense right away as another service told me. Scheduling and payment with them was convenient and easy, and he was easy to work with. He seemed very honest and forthright and fair. They did the job they said they would, cleaned up well and were professional.

Redwood Tree Service was right on time and very diligent and thorough. I was impressed with the quickness and efficiency of their crew. Everything was cleaned up very well. My dealings with them were conducted in a very professional manner.

I THOUGHT THEY WEREN'T PROFESSIONAL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO COME BACK AND DO IT RIGHT.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK. I WOULD SAY THEY WERE HIGHLY ORGANIZED. I HAD OTHER ESTIMATES AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE. THEY STUCK TO THE ESTIMATE.
