I was suppose to get a $1000 rebate but couldn't find it on my phone, but that could have been my fault. The car is beautiful. The salesperson could not find my rebate, I went in there because they offered me the rebate but then they could not find it.

They said everything was alright with our car, but I started driving it again, and the check engine light came back on. I had to go right back to speak to the manager. He had the techs look at it again. He said he took the car back out and said he replaced the thermostat.

I don't like anything about them. They're awful. Two months after I bought it, it needed brakes and new air filters. It needed $1500 worth of work. They would not help me. They wouldn't pay for it to be done even though I just bought the car. I took the car to someone else cheaper. They told me that there was nothing they could do. They told me that they were selling me a car that met the legal parameters with the condition that it was in. My argument was that it was unethical. It wasn't the same thing. It was given to me with warranty.

Last minute schedule. Presitge Lexus staff were punctual, professional and responsive. They found a recall item that I was not aware of. Comprehensive check of my vehicle. Waiting room was very good ( food , drinks, TV, etc.)

All my service, all of it, is done at the dealership where I bought the car several years ago. I go in, ask what is next, they tell me, I say fine and go and have a cup of coffee, I pay them and I drive away. Cheap they are not, thorough and accurate they are. My experience with them is a like a luxury hotel. They have food and coffee. Everybody there is very friendly.

Until we started getting our cars from Bruce and Prestige, I always thought that since a car is a commodity, exactly the same from dealer to dealer, it didn't matter where one got it from. The staff at Lexus are fantastic. Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. You are always treated with the utmost courtesy and all services are explained clearly. This is the first company that I have felt comfortable taking my car to for service.
