My lease covers the maintenance so I haven't had to pay any money out of pocket. They did the work as promised and they performed warranty repairs as needed.

I have a new car and I have not taken it in for service yet. I dealt with their salespeople but I have not dealt with their service people. I have used them in the past for other cars. The salesman was excellent and his name is Frank Salzano. I was actually shopping different vehicles when I went there but I liked the car that I bought and part of that was because the dealer experience was very positive. I would definitely use them again in the future.

1. I ordered a car with them that was expected in a few weeks
2. They appraised my car for trade in. I live in NY, they are located in NJ so each trip was at least an hour of my time.
3. When my car was about to come in, they again asked me to bring in my car for appraisal.
4. They gave me a very fair appraisal for my car and told me they would have my new car ready the next day.
5. Two days later they told me that they would not honor the appraisal that they gave me 36 hours before.
6. I refused to take the new car and, frankly, told them what they could do with it.

I had bought 3 BMW's and one Lexus from them several years ago and I never had any trouble. I guess they thought I was stupid and take the reduced price!

Their service is topnotch, and they do everything right. They are very good and take care of me. They provide me with a loaner car. It is only the price which is kind of steep, but it is a BMW dealer, and that is why I keep going back to them. I would definitely recommend them to others. They have concierge service at a very good price. I would continue to use them in the future; in fact, I am probably going back to them very soon.

I purchased my 2005 BMW X3 pre-owned vehicle from Prestigde BMW who has performed all service exclusively.
Therefore even when my warranted (100,000 miles) was up I returned to Prestidge to repair my A/C unit which was blwing a mix of hot and cold air and emitting a humid odor. After expalining the situation to a technician, it took them several attempts to correctly diagnose the problem after performing what turned out to be necessary work such as recharging the unit with freon, a mixing valve was the culprit.

It must be noted that this dealership's service department is extremely organized and professional and their service advisers are high end auto professionals, polite and will make every attempt to satisfy you. It is because of my past successful repairs under waranty that I return to them and can say that you pay for what you get even though at a premium. After all BMERS are expensive.
This experience was an anomaly as far as I am concerned but when dealing with any dealer the cost factor is both high and risky especially high end vehicles .

This rating is purely based on the fact that cost for unnecessary work was experienced due to a poor diagnoses process.

The tune up comes with the car so we don't have to pay anything but we are sure it would be $700-800. The service was excellent. Everything is perfect with them but we pay a lot of money to have the maintenance on the car.

They're very well organized and they give excellent service. I've used them for over seven years and I plan to contiue to use them.

Harvey Altman is wonderful. He is an "A" plus person and salesmen. He has integrity. I have dealt with him for twenty years now and he does not pull the wool over your eyes. If you have any needs, he is so helpful and he is just great. His morals are what they should be in this field. Too many salesmen try and pull funny businesses with car sales. He does not and for this reason, I can highly recommend him.

They are great! The customer service is excellent. They were not pushy when I bought the car at all. They are reliable and professional every step of the way. I would recommend them to other people because they answer all of your questions and work hard to please you.

We like our BMW. We found this sale steam here to be very easy to work with. They provide you with their undivided attention and if you are interested in buying a BMW, they are a good place to go. They also sell used cars so if you are interested in getting a used or older BMW they are a good resource to know about.

Unaware of the operating procedures, the BMW needs to reach an operating temperature before being turned off. As I was backing my vehicle out of the garage to wash it, I simply turned it on, backed out and turned it off in a matter of seconds. The dealership explained the situation to me and offered me preventive measures in the future. I simply need to drive around the block to assure it reaches an operating temperature to avoid a situation like this again. As for the business, I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and customer service. They only make repairs if absolutely necessary which I appreciate.
