PORCELANOSA

We have been doing home renovations and have been working with our designer who contracted Porcelanosa for a custom sink to be put on a vanity. The bathroom was primarily for use for our two three year old sons. Without sharing key details about the sink with us, the sink that was delivered only had a 2 1/2 inch depth from the countertop and does not include any overflow function. So our three year olds will get water all over the floor as a result. So the sink that was delivered was entirely impractical for our needs and we communicated that to our designer immediately. At our behest our designer went back to Porcelonosa and through them it seems their response to try to help fix our problem is they are not interested. They will not work with us at all, no returns, no exchanges. Even though we had no idea we were being delivered the shallowest sink that you've ever seen that will overflow in 10 seconds. We are now stuck with the dumbest looking sink. Our contractor and our plumber specifically pointed out how the sink is not appropriate for a kids bathroom. We hate the product we received and we are telling everyone who's seen the sink and commented on the ridiculously shallow depth who the company is and how we've been shafted. I recommend nobody work with this company and go to their competitors. We are stuck unless we want to spend another $1,500 - $2,000 which we don't. It was also designed incorrectly to the measurements to which Porcelonosa also said, too bad. Our contractor had to fix the vanity to fix the incorrect design by Porcelonosa. What an awful company and we are reminded what a terrible company it is everytime we see our sink.
