+ -1 moreWe ordered a grave stone for my brother in law's grave in January 2010. For over two years we waited for the grave stones. False delivery dates, broken commitments and after calling a dozen times and leaving messages, no return phone calls from our contact, Connie Farnham Glaner. She refused to return our $2000.00. We had to hire an attorney and threaten legal action to get our $2000.00 returned. Ramapo Memorial Company took advantage of us in our time of need. Do not do business with this company!!!
Description of Work: We contracted for a grave stone with Ramapo Memorial Company, the sister company of PETERS FLOWERS & GIFTS INC, located at the same address/building.
