If I could give 0 stars I would. Jason came and gave me an estimate to re grout my shower floor. I was told it was going to look 90% better. Well, it looks worst. Jason didn't grout the entire floor because he said he couldn't. So he patched it and the grout didn't match. My last text to him was letting him know how upset I was about the grout. I was told not to be upset and he would come remove the grout and use a darker grout. The job started on August 11th. Today is September 6th. Still no Jason. He was paid $325 I would definitely NOT recommend Jason.

This contractor did a very poor tile job, did not complete the reno work, took all the money (I know I should have been smarter) and never came back to finish. After FIVE months (yes he strung me along with messages that he would return), I had to hire someone else to complete the job (and fix what was done so poorly). The other professionals that came to give me estimates to fix / finish the job all said the same thing - this guy was over his head and did a poor job. BEWARE!

"I did a great job with the tile work she was upset with me because I couldn't do the plumbing so I had her keep 400.00 to get a plumber and she was not happy with that so if anyone looks at my reviews you can see that I'm very good at what I do"

I wish all my contractors were this professional and detailed oriented. Jason was a great communicator, great at follow up and did an excellent job. I hired him to redo/fix the work of a previously bad contorted job and we could not be more pleased with the work. Our 1950s tiled bathrooms look great again. Hire him. You won't be dissappointed.

I hired NJT for a regrout of my master bath, tile cleaning, granite repair, kitchen regrout and secondary bath regrout. The work is in process now and I am very happy with Jason's work to date. He is very detail oriented and cleans up when his work is finished. He spent time to analyze a problem and made some great recommendations and I'm looking forward to reporting back what the results of the project are once complete.
