+ -1 moreReturned my call on same day, set appointment for next day. Was clear about service charge, and labor if work would be done. (Which by the way was more reasonable than LG would have been since this was past warrantee.) Technician (Tommy) came on time, checked inside and out, took top off the washer and found issue quickly. Luckily for us it was a simple thing he could fix on the spot (no parts needed). Put everything back together neatly. He was friendly, professional, and nice to my two girls (5 and 6 yrs old) who were asking questions and drawing pictures of him fixing the washer. I would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Fixed our LG front-load washing machine which was leaking.
