I arrived at the appointment time I requested. Mahwah Automotive took the van inside immediately and changed the oil while I waited. Took about an hour. I know, you're thinking...well for $129.00 USD I could have changed my oil 3 or 4 times. This is probably true if I drove a Honda Accord. But I don't. I drive a 1999 E350 Diesel which takes a bit more oil & service time than a Accord. Additionally, I just had my van detailed to perfection and I made that point very clear when I gave the guy my keys. I got my van back just they way I dropped it off. Mechanic wanted to know if I wanted a new tyvek courtesy mat since the one I got from the auto detailer was getting a little ratty looking. I've used Mahwah Automotive for all kinds of repairs: front/rear breaks, fuel pumps, fuel tank washing, tires, A/C check. Jonathan D'Avirro (owner) always fully discusses repairs that are needed or soon to come w/me before proceeding. Never have I had any surprises when paying the bill. IMHO Jonathan does the best job around and he's honest. If he doesn't think he can do the work (which is yet to happen w/my van) he'll tell you upfront and steer you to someone who can. In fact, Jonathan recommended the auto upholsterer which I used to re-cushion my front two chairs. They came out great!
