Excellent experience. Sven was great about identifying my needs and showing homes that matched those requirements. He also was essential in providing referrals to virtually every other service I needed to complete the transaction (mortgage broker, attorney, etc.).

I've been dealing with her since January 2012. I have recommended her to friends. We are finishing closing our house so I have no complaints about her. It has been a good experience.

They are very good. They did not charge us anything to come out. You don't have to sign anything if you choose not to use them. They haven't sold my house. Since it was free, it was fantastic to me. They were great. They were very good. They were nice. We called them on a Monday or a Tuesday and they came out that Saturday. They came out at 8:30 in the morning because that was when it was convenient for us. They were very accommodating. I was actually shocked because it is a buyer's market and not really a seller's market. They were literally right on time.

As a realtor he went beyond our expectations to find what we needed. He showed us a wide range of houses in our price range and worked hard to make sure our needs were met. He also gave us great advice and answered all our questions. He also did not charge us a fee.

Someone recommended Ms. Barbara Louise to us. She charges a commission for her service. She is great. She is professional. She kept in touch with us. We didn’t have much of a relationship with her as we finalized on the house we were going to buy quickly.

She was brilliant and I would rate her high. She did a wonderful job in getting our house sold. My husband got to know about her after placing a request on the internet through a bank. She has a lot of experience in selling houses and she marketed our house very well. She used the internet for this and we had people coming in back to back to see our house. She priced our house right and finished the work. She was there from start to finish and also helped us with the paper work. She took the entire process to completion. She was in touch with us and the people who bought the house. She kept us informed us about everything and was there during the house inspection as well.
