+ -1 moreThey are great. We have been with them for a very long time. We have had them here several times. They are excellent as far as cleaning up after themselves. They do a great job. They are very professional and provide quick response. When you call them to come and give you a quote on the work, they really get back to you quickly. I called them once very late and he called me back that night within a few hours. They try to be competitive. There was one tree that had dead branches which I didn’t notice. After he was all done, he told me about that and that he did that tree as well. He didn’t charge me for it or anything. He was proactive in making sure that the job was done right.
Description of Work: I used Birchwood Tree Service around the end of 2010 to take down quite a few trees.

+ -1 moreWe ended up not using them because the don't offer stump grinding, which really surprised me. I was told to call another company to have that done. I am too busy to now deal with finding a second company to do this, and pay a second price to have someone else come out.
Description of Work: Needed a large tree removed that was too close to the house, and a general cleanup of other trees, branches, pruning, etc.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. They really took care to protect my lawn and bushes. I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Birchwood removed 9 trees, trimmed and elevated 15 others and ground 2 stumps. They removed all the logs and branches and cleaned everything up.

+ -1 moreTHEY SHOWED UP WITH A LARGE CREW. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THEIR EQUIPMENT ON THE LAWN. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED AND HAULED AWAY THE DEBRIS.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK OUT SEVERAL TREES AND THEIR ROOTS. THEY ALSO TRIMMED AND SHAPED OTHER TREES.
