overall this became a disaster. started off by having him install a glass shower door. installation was not perfect, but he didn't break anything and it does work. had him come back to install a ceiling fan; during installation he broke one of the globes. it was in a very precarious place and I knew that it was an issue with where he placed the globes but thought he'd move them before anything happened. nope! to his credit though, he did replace it. He was also to install magnets on cabinet doors. he missed some, poorly installed a couple and cracked the wood on one. he promised to come back to finish and correct but never did (even when HE called to schedule the appointment). it was also pointed out to him that he needed to re-clean the gutters. the ones he said he cleaned still had plants growing in them that could be seen from the sidewalk. after that, he failed to communicate any further and never returned to make good on his promise of completing the work.
