NJA Remodeling and Home Improvements

The entire HVAC system was installed improperly. We had to install a brand new system on the because of their incorrect installation. In addition, during the first rainstorm after closing, the roof leaked right through the brand new sheetrocked ceilings. Hired a roofer to see what the problem was. When he tore off the roof he noticed that NJA left an 8x8 inch open hole in the roof and had simply covered it with shingles. Hole was originally for the old vent pipe which they had moved so they clearly knew they left the hole! Even the new vent and flue pipe that NJA installed was installed incorrectly. After being in the house for a few months we found poor craftmanship throughout. Would NOT recommend this company!

NJA is the best contractor I've ever had,  I first hired him years ago  to fix a awful job that another contractor had done. 
They do all kinds of improvements and do them all well nothing is to big or small.  They give a estimate and a date they'll start and you can count on them showing up on the exact day and time they said.  They are very neat and clean and go out of their way to work around any situation you have.  They take 1 break for about 15 minutes and work constantly until about 5:00.
If you want a contractor that can do any job, deal with midstream changes and added on ideas you may have while they're already working this is the company you want.
 
I can't say enough good things about them, definitely hire them!!

We had an older deck dismantled and rebuilt slightly larger with pressure treated pine wood. Brian, the owner, and his staff were fantastic throughout the whole process. He worked with the city inspectors and obtained all the required permits. The process took some time, but that was mostly weather related and having to wait for 3 separate inspections as required by the city. Everything passed with flying colors and the finished product exceeded our expectations. We've gotten various complements on the quality and look of the deck. We were very pleased with Brian's work and would highly recommend him. We've since hired him to stain the deck and power wash our house, as well as paint one of our bedrooms and install a ceiling fan. As always, we were very pleased with his work. If you have any type of home improvement project, Brian and NJA Remodeling is the place to go.

Brian the owner was very helpful throughout the entire job, very easy to deal with & always returned my phone calls promptly. Brian and his crew were also very polite and respectful of my home. (this is hard to find nowadays).
The job was finished on time and looks great .
 I have used NJA  for a few small jobs in the past and have always been pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to call Brian for anything work I may need done in the future.

Everything was done exactly as expect, cleaned up after the job was completed, arrived on time and was very professional through the whole process.  Excellent contractor and I would recommend Brian for any work, big or small.  Will definitely use his services again.
