I have used this service for 19 years and I would absolutely recommend it. (In fact, I have referred several people this way.) They are reliable and trustworthy and very flexible. There have been several occasions in which I asked for something special to be done (like laundry or the use of environmentally friendly cleaners) and it was always done to my specifications. The other nice thing about the service is that they notice things that need to be done and just do them, (like cleaning out a refrigerator) without being asked. When a neighbor needed help cleaning out an apartment, I immediately recommended this service without any hesitation.
