Ken Knutelski left me a rough estimate and samples within 24 hours of my call, and provided a firm, reasonable price as soon as I made my choice of roofing material and color. This was a difficult job, a tight city lot with two outbuildings to be re-roofed in addition to the main house and requiring entry to a neighbor's property. The job, including my last-minute requests regarding changes to new gutters and leaders, was completed within three days with complete cleanup that included magnetic ground sweeping for any stray nails. The crew was pleasant and professional, the work done right. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend this contractor.

Replaced some shingles that had come off in the recent storms we have had. Which will take care of the leak we discovered in our hallway. Called yesterday, Friday, was told he would be here around 8:30 am. Saturday . He was here before 9. We didn't have to hang around all morning waiting. Ken was very nice and was able to replace the shingles . Mentioned we would probably need to replace the roof but we still had time. Something we knew would need to be done one day. Roof is old. No pressure to do the job. Will definitely call him when the time comes.

The process went exceptionally smooth. Called for an estimate and they came to the house the next day. They were able to do the replacement by the end of the week before an upcoming storm. There have been no problems since the replacement. Would definitely use again.

Kenny responded to my call for an estimate the same day. He stopped by to look at the roof and gave us an estimate the next day, as promised. When we agreed on price and exact job to be done, Kenny provided a contract, which we signed and then scheduled a job for 5/22. Kenny and crew arrived exactly @ 8am and got to work. The work was done professionally and all debris was cleaned up very well. The crew came back the next day to finish off the work, as one day wasnt enough to finish the job completely. The crew cleaned up everything and removed all debris and tools. Overall, we are very happy with the job and the the company. Kenny and his team were very proffesional and nice to deal with. I would definitiely use Knutelski Bros Roofind again!

Our and quot;usualand quot; roofing company had a full voicemail box 3 days after the storm, so I looked on Angie's List and looked up some other roofing companies. Another company I tried calling did not have phone service. Then found Knutelski Bros Roofing. The person picked up the phone right away and said they could have someone at the house the next day. The next day, they told me how much it would be and I gladly paid. The crew did the work and he showed me the overall health of the roof was still good, as the shingles were pliable. He also showed me the previous roof installation should have had the singles attached in a different spot, which would have made the attachment stronger. Overall, I definitely recommend Knutelski Bros Roofing and I will use them again in the future.

Kenny came out within a few days of our call to do a thorough inspection and give us a detailed estimate. We were given a fair price and signed the contract. A day was picked for the next week. Kenny and crew showed up exactly as scheduled, and set about doing the job. They were careful with the rubbish (we have difficult neighbors). The job was done with quality materials and completed in one day. Clean up was impeccable. Kenny is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. It is a rarity in these days to find someone so knowledgeable, personable and professional. We highly recommend Knutelski Bros, and will call them again if we need them. They guarantee their work, obtained the proper permit, and did a great job!

They called back promptly and quoted $350 for fan and installation and we set up a date for 7/21.

They were here first thing in the morning, in 90 degree heat, and replaced fan quickly.

The roofing job was good. They did a phenomenal job and they were very clean. I liked the way they worked overall. Even when they gave the estimate they were fine and they were prompt and did a good job.

They came and gave me an estimate within a day from my initial phone call. They offered to show me the damage on the roof, but I don't climb ladders. They showed up on-time and did a great job. I've had a handful of roofers attempt to repair this leak in the past with no success. These guys finally fixed my problem. They were also very courteous and professional.

Not only was the work very well done, but also it was done in one day. The workers stayed until dark to finish it completely. All trash was cleaned up and no payment was due until completion. The price was very reasonable and the job was excellent. I have recommended this company to others.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME ON SUNDAY, BUT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AND NEVER CALLED. THE NEXT DAY THEY SHOWED UP AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE ALRIGHT ONCE THEY GOT TO THE HOUSE. THE ROOF HASN'T LEAKED SINCE THEY FIXED IT.
