I am very pleased with JAM maintenance. They listened to my concerns and were very attentive! They were very informative and knowledgeable. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well! I recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I called John at JAM again for more work. This time it was a complete re-painting of my basement including all trim work. John quickly got my on the schedule which fit my personal schedule and go the job done in 3 days. I had numerous holes in the walls, some large and many small (including nail pops). John filled all the holes to perfection. His guys were great, were careful with my stuff and cleaned up when they were John. Be sure to have Johnnie (his foreman) at your job, if at all possible. Another job job and outcome!!

They gave me a quote for a new liner and masonry.  He said that the liner was pitted and needed replacing.  He demanded 1/2 payment upfront.  Red flag!  I would never do that again!  He said that he would get a permit.  After numerous attempts to schedule the work (he would schedule the job and then either cancel or just not show up.)  There was always some excuse.  His office flooded, family emergency, etc.  Finally he did the job, but did not get a permit, and said that the liver did not need replacing, it was just like new!  Apparently he forgot that he had told me that the liner was worn out, damaged, pitted.  Do not EVER  schedule a job with these people.  I lucked out, as I was selling my house to a developer who was going to raze the whole house in 2015.  If I tried to sell my house via multiple listings to consumers, I'm sure there would have been a problem with the chimney liner, etc.

They took forever for the guy to come out. They had one guy doing estimates and he was busy. We ended up having someone else come out and do it. We just needed someone to reset the stones in the step, just one step high on our back porch. He said it would be like $2000. I was like, whoa, what?
He was just exorbitantly expensive. It took forever to get the estimate, it was outrageously expensive and there was turnover in the front office. He seemed like a nice guy and knew his stuff it was just over priced.

leak from bad roof install. they removed rotted wood and replaced w new piece. Nailed shingles down and sealed entire side corner. thank you so as I knew this the roof our town Rca construction person said flashing by windows which I knew to be wrong. these guys just proved me right. However. they did not do the full inspection of roof and gutters as stated. But happy to have that leak fixed. which was my fault should have said something.

Called several times to arrange schedule.  Was promised estimate which didn't happen.  Apparently company lost interest when they found out job was small (replacing cement cap on chimney top).  I would like a refund of my $149.

I recently purchased the house so I purchased the deal for a basic outdoor maintenance services to check the roof and siding.  I had 2 areas of concern that I knew would likely not be covered by the deal but wanted to get an estimate as well.  
The company was very disorganized. They rescheduled my appointment on the day of the initial appointment.  On the actual date of the appointment they were late.  Upon arrival they were unaware of the deal and unprepared to complete any work.  They preformed 10 minutes of work, and did basic seal work around the roof area. I showed the employee the different areas of the house that I had concerns with and made it very clear that he did not do $149 worth of work. He told me he would take notes on any work that needed to be completed and run it by his boss who would contact me with an estimate.
After days of no contact I called the company and keep talking to the receptionist who insisted that the owner would get back to me ASAP.  When owner did contact me he did not have any of my information and was away from the office, I made it clear that his employees did not do $149 on work and that any future work to be done should take into account the $149 already paid.  After having that exact conversation with the business owner several more times over multiple weeks  I decided it was time to move on. I was strung out from July through early September. I ended up calling Majestic Exteriors who got the work done inside of a week for an appropriate price.  
It was clear they were disorganized and clear that if I was not getting significant work done they were not interested in working with me.  They cashed by $149 and decided they were done with me.

They were professional and respectful. I had to do other work so I was not able to get the value of the roof inspection done. They were timely and informative when they were here.

It went OK.  The one issue was that our chimney flashing was coming off and I asked them to fix it.  First they said that it would be included in the cost.  But soon after he quoted me a big number.  I asked him to wait and I would consider it.  No calls from them since.  They still have my bent flashing in their possession.

I purchased the Roof Maintenance for $99 back in July 2014. I've made several attempts to contact this contractor to schedule an appointment for services and I've received no response. I want a refund as soon as possible.

Horribly. A waste of time, heated arguments and rude representative. I am requesting a refund for the package. The rep told me that even though they wouldn't render the services I had purchased, merely by coming out to see the property, I had redeemed and spent the package price.

On Sept16 I scheduled an appointment for gutter installation through Angie's list for service on Sept. 26. I scheduled the day off from work and JAM Maintenance was a no-show and no-call. I've called and left numerous messages and still no call back. I am requesting full $249 refund.

The visit was ok. The guys came in and inspected the areas i had concern with in the attic. They found an issue with a loose flashing and told me they could seal it up.
Once they were on the roof they found a few more areas that needed repair and replacement shingles. I was told at the end of the visit they would fix everything for $140 and would be able to do it later that week!! 
But this is when the review turns sour. They never called me back. I left between 5-6 messages for them and never got a return call. I'm really not sure what happened to them but I do not recommend the deal to anyone.
Hopefully they read this and call me back to complete the work they said they would do.

Service was very easy to set up, they arrived on time, and did a lot for me in just a little time.  We had some small roof leaks from rain this summer, and I took them through the house to show where.  They sealed all chimney's on the roof as well as some areas where the wood had pulled back from joints on the roof.  Have not had a leak since, and they explained to me the cause of my problems. Very professional and left no mess when finished.

We made an appointment and he never showed up. I contacted several times with no reply. I am requesting a refund for the deal.

Coupon purchased on 7/21/2014. Contacted JAM soon after and John came by for an estimate in July.
We agreed to start work in September. 
Several calls in September to try to get written estimate and arrange for work to start.
Promised at least twice to ;start work with week or next at the latest'
Last spoke on September 19th.
No response to message on Sept 29, Sept 30, or Oct 1.
All calls were initiated by the client, none were returned,
I no longer wish to deal with JAM Maintenance.
I would like a refund of the coupon price $5,995.00
