Excellent work. Explains everything and gives options if available to keep costs down. Really nice guy, easy to work with who is responsible and communicates well. We're going to be contacting him shortly for additional services. He's fairly busy so sometimes has some juggling to do with his time but has always managed to make it convenient for all involved.

I over see properties and I have used Tom before on personal projects. I was glad to have his services on this older home to bring everything in the home up to date.
