The job went very well. The guys were here everyday at the time they said they would be and all of the repairs were completed in a timely manner and consistent with what we had asked for. They were respectful and communicated with us through the entire job. The price they quoted us for the renovation was the same amount we were billed for at the completion of the job. No surprises and the quality of their work is beautiful. I would not hesitate to call them back in the future.

Bought a house that needed a lot of work....floors needed to ripped out reinforced and replaced molding added, new roof, siding replaced. DK Renovations did great work, very professional, in and out quickly and clean. DK Renovations has done other work at another property over the years....refinished deck, roof work , etc always gets work done quickly and the quality is great!

DK Custom Renovations is tops in our book: price, quality, and customer service are all excellent. In 2008 we had our guest bathroom remodeled. After getting several quotes, we went with DK Custom Renovations. Devin gave us great advice to help keep the cost down. The demolition and rebuild went quickly, and the crew cleaned up every day. The job was finished on time and on budget. We love our guest bath. Fast forward 6 years and it's time to remodel the master bathroom. We got quotes from DK Custom Renovations and the company that remodeled our kitchen 3 years ago. Devin took our budget seriously and was ready to start the work on our schedule. The other company didn't even seem interested in a job so small. Once again, we chose DK for the work. We had the same great experience the second time. Devin helped us pick out beautiful and functional fixtures that were in our budget. The work started and finished n time, and the room was clean after every work day. The crew was friendly and accommodating. When the work was done, we couldn't have been happier. We give DK Custom Renovations our highest recommendation. We've worked with them twice, and we won't hesitate to call them again.

Dk Custom Renovations met all of our expectations from onset of design to final walk through of the completed project, which included a new roof and a complete remodel of our kitchen and master bath. We received great support throughout the project from design support staff in selecting things such as cabinets, tile, lighting, etc. Devin ensured that we, the customer, ultimately got exactly what we wanted. Any questions or issues raised by me were quickly addressed and resolved. The agreed upon project schedule was strictly adhered to with very few variances.Thank you for all your support and patience throughout long project. You deserve special recognition because without all your help we might not have survived this project while living in the house during all the construction. Would we use them again? Absolutely!

So DK Custom renovations came to my residence about a year ago to originally fix a leak. Devin was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in all fields of construction. He explained where he felt the roof was leaking and offered to fix it to give us sometime before we needed a complete roof renovation. We have been avoiding our roof renovation for awhile due to the expensive quotes we have been previously given. Devin recently came over to our residence and gave us the best quote out of the 5 contractors were called. Devin was on time and extremely respectful. He always responded immediately when we had any questions regarding the contract or work that was being done. During the renovation he was here everyday making sure everything was being done properly. He explained everything that was being renovated, really giving us a understanding of the roof renovation. At the end of the renovation Devin made sure he and his crew cleaned up EVERYTHING. Devin and his crew cleaned my property better than how I had it. To top it all Devin reimbursed us for the initial repair he did a year prior for the roof repair. This company is rare and hard to find. I highly recommend this company to all.
