Pest Control
I recently purchased a home and had it fully serviced inside and out, top to bottom. James was nice and knowledgeable. 21 days later, I had an infestation. In my personal opinion, I felt this was too soon. The manager Thomas refused to send someone out without cost.

"One of our top Priorities here at BugEx is to ensure Quality service along with great Customer satisfaction. When purchasing a Groupon, (as Mr. [Member Name Removed] has) it is a discounted promotion and serves as a onetime service. A home is treated as thoroughly as any Customer paying full price. According to our records, it states the technician offered Mr. [Member Name Removed] additional service (quarterly service), which adds protection to the home at no additional cost. Mr. [Member Name Removed] refused the extra service and signed the report. This report is a detailed record which describes the services provided by Bugex. We then received a call from Mr. [Member Name Removed] complaining of his dissatisfaction of our service (3 weeks after his treatment). Our office manager explained to Mr.[Member Name Removed] our company policy in which customers who purchase a Groupon Voucher do not carry any retreat protocol. Due to our commitment in ensuring every customer the satisfaction of our service, we would have gladly returned to Mr. Antwauns home to rectify his issues if he would have contacted Bugex within 24 hours at no additional cost. It is unfortunate we could not grant Mr. Antwauns demand for Free re-service for a treatment he appeared to be satisfied with for 21 days."
