Very well. Still need to learn how to sub-divide possessions that should be transported by the movers, and possessions moved by ourselves. The biggest issue was a (lack of our) supervision of what was packed and transported by the moving company, and items that that should have been set aside.

Wow! There are no words, to describe how perfect my long distance move went, from start to finish. Debbie & Diane calmed me, while walking through my house, assuring me that all I wanted, would be done. They showed up to pack, exactly on time, & remained at my house, packing a semi, for 3 days, instead of rushing & getting it done in 2 days. The care & personal attention, was just incredible. Vinny, the lead packer (leader-of-the-pack ?) Anthony, Matt, & all of the men packing, were the most personable, professional guys I could ever have wished for. I actually missed them when they finished unpacking & left! lol Even after the 880 mile drive, they arrived at my house refreshed & ready to go, on a Sunday at 8 am. They spent 2 days unpacking, with 4 extra local people to assist. To my amazement, not 1 item was broken, & I had a LOT of glass, acrylic & mirrored items/furniture. They placed every single item where I wanted, even moving several things to another room, when I changed my mind. They removed everything used in the move when they left. I was so afraid I would end up with a mover that was a nightmare, like the hundreds I read about online, but I am 100% thrilled about TS Van Lines. Truly grateful for all the extra effort given, by every single person I dealt with, especially, Vinny. ?

The whole process was easy and stress free! It was such a pleasure to work with a company that heard my concerns and addressed them in an organized and professional manner. I have used local and long distance Trucking Companies in the past and although they got the job done there's no comparison to TS Van Lines. Any future moves I will definitely be contacting TS Van Lines!
