Solonenko Design Group provided outstanding services. Roman has an amazing eye for aesthetics and details. His design reflects these aspects, but are still very practical and easy to install. We were able to leverage Solonenko Design Group's supplier discounts for our project, which made difference to the bottom line. Cabinetry and bathroom fixtures and products installed were of very high quality, yet affordable. Overall we are very happy with the project!

We are a small business and we value the cost and quality. The rate I got from them was by far the best and significantly lower than any other architect. We were skeptical about the quality but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and professionalism. Their architect (John Reggio) was extremely through and practical in his approach. Not only he provided quality output, he did that on time and with utmost care. We are very impressed and would love to refer them for any future work.

This is the second time i hired Solonenko Design Group, previously i have used Roman for kitchen reducing, and this time it was extended to open the entire living space and re doing floor, ceiling and recess lighting. The material supplied and design, construction quality was excellent. That what sets this company apart from other, it's the fine quality of workmanship. The project as finished in timely manner and within budget.
I would also like to mention that Roman has an excellent vision for transformation of existing structure to a more open , modern space.

Overall, Roman did an excellent job in this project. He provided valuable design suggestions, and executed the plan all the way to the end.
Because the project involves many "small jobs", some times he would like to "batch" some of them together, instead of finishing one as soon as possible. This is quite understandable, no complaints. :)
Due to project requirement, Roman also introduced to us an architect and a plumber, both did very good job.

Unfortunately, due to some lack of communication, by the time I received the drawings we were already under construction with another contractor.   I do have to say...I LOVED his ideas and would definitely have considered hiring him.   I would definitely have Roman back for  an estimate if I had a future project.  He has great design ideas.

Roman came to my home on schedule. We discussed different ideas on how to redesign my kitchen. Roman gave me some good ideas which I didn't consider previously. Roman measured my kitchen and took pictures. A few days later he emailed me the 3-D renderings which were very nice. It definitely helps to see how my kitchen could look before deciding to do the redesign. I had another idea after viewing the renderings and emailed Roman with my idea. He quickly made the changes and sent them to me. I was pleased with Roman's work and would recommend him for this service.

First it was the kitchen design, we have been going around for a year with multiple providers, collecting quote and design ideas. Roman Construction was the best with the ideas; he completely opened new design avenues never thought before. His price was also right. 
Completed design was presented very well and helps us visualize the final outcome. 
The entire kitchen was redone, including tearing off existing walls, redoing the roof with recess lights. New floor, cabinets, plumbing and electricity re wiring. We just got the granite countertop from a different vendor.  Project was started in time, material supplied was fine but all abovecraftsmanship was excellent.
The project took a little longer than anticipated and we gave it to Roman, as he assured us quality work at the end of the day. 
Overall very satisfied with the design and execution of the project. Wish I could post some pictures. Another important  part that I should not miss is ?a very helpful crew?. They helped us with multiple small requests during the project. 
I highly recommend Roman's Construction.

Roman's firm (Solonenko Design) did the design of our home improvement and they did the job.

Roman is very accessible, prompt and very detailed with his work. He did our home improvement project and we are very satisfied with the job and would recommend. His team is also great and are considerate of people at home.

Roman came up with the plan for our home improvement and we hired him. It included adding a half-bath, extending our living room and adding a den/office.

He started work on time and is very detailed in whatever he or his team does. Spends lot of time while doing the job also discusses further improvements (if any). He is very detailed and is always does his best.

We are very happy that we hired him and will recommend.

He reached out to me initially by the message center. I called his office yesterday and left a message. He called me back and let me know he doesn't service the area where I was wanting to use the deal. He suggested I contact Angie's List for a refund.

Roman was very professional he gave good suggestions regarding the work I plan to do.

His graphics are beautiful. I would recommend him to my friends with no hesitation.

Roman arrived on time and was very thorough in his measurements. He also discussed options for cabinet layout.
Following the site visit, Roman provided the design very quickly and always answered my follow-up questions promptly.
In all my communications with him, the level of professionalism was impressive. Although, my interaction was limited to this one service, I would recommend him without hesitation.
