Phil and Juan were awesome. Their teams were real artisans and got the work done quickly. We got a new roof, gutters and gutter guards. They also helped us re-route water away from our home to help with a too active sump pump. The price was very competitive to other quotes and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This was an extraordinary experienced . Everything was explained to us clearly before we made a decision and there was no hard sell.. The job was done on time. well, and at the right price. The roofers left the house and yard cleaner then it was before they came. Our calls and texts were answered and/or responded to within 10 minutes. Our house looks fantastic with our new roof.)

Princeton Windows did a great job replacing a 22 year old roof. Phil gave us a competitive quote, his workers were hardworking and punctual and he supervised them throughout the day. The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again for other work.

After reviewing several quotes, Princeton Windows offered the best value for the price for our roofing and gutter replacement work. The owner was responsive to all of my questions, ensured a top-notch job, and maintained continual contact throughout the process. The subcontractor was good. Phil provided the supplies but forgot the silicon to cover the nails. He said he would be back to complete the work and give us a detailed invoice. Six weeks later and several phone calls he showed up with no invoice, no silicon and no ladder but with a can of spray paint. He stated there was no need to use silicon as was the original agreement. After a shouting match he left and did nothing. He never provided an invoice but insisted on being paid in full the day the subcontractors left although the work was incomplete. He said he was a man of his word. Obviously, this was not the case but rather taking advantage of a fellow veteran and 80+ year old Senior Citizens, as well as, overcharging and using inferior plywood.

"They were a very nice couple and it was just a roof for their shed. The gentlemen was an elderly veteran so I happily did his project for him. The job was completed properly but he did not like the price of the plywood replacement. I tried to explain and show him the receipt for the cost of the plywood at the time was $48 a sheet for 1/2" plywood not $15 a sheet but he refused to look at the receipt, material costs have more tripled due to inflation. I did not understand his request for putting silicon on the nails since it is not required to use silicon on each nail. I provided them with an invoice via email as I do every customer and gave him a paper copy. The job was completed in full of course, a dry shed now. Lovely couple and fellow veteran just had difficulty explaining to the 83 year old veteran why the plywood was so expensive and he would not except my valid and honest response. The only voice raised was his not mine."

Phil, the owner, is an honest straight shooter. I was reluctant to have Princeton Windows do a roofing job just because the name sounds like they specialize in windows. I was pleasantly surprised the knowledge and experience the company has in roofing. I am happy with the installation, clean-up and follow-up. I highly recommend them. My advice is to shop around for best prices in HomeAdvisor or Angie's List, and compare against your chosen contractor.

Very good experience from the first time we met Phil the owner.His crew led by Jorge worked an 11 hour day and only took a 30 min. lunch! After the job was done they cleaned up so you never would have known they were there. I will use them again and have already recommended them to others.
