We are very happy with the treatment and care our daughters have received from Drs. Konnick and Altshuler. These two doctors have complimentary styles and personalities. Get to know them and you can decide who you want to see for any particular issue. Neither are difficult to schedule.
Foremost they are there for your child. I would say they actually train your children to interact directly with their doctor rather than operate through the filter of a parent. This is as it should be and has a long-term value beyond the immediate primary care.
The office staff are excellent and accommodating at wrangling the requirements we all have to deal with of documenting visits, vaccinations etc. for school field trips, sports, and camps.
One experience in an emergency, after-hours situation was that we received a prompt return call, and clear advice from Konnick. Upon arrival at the Emergency Room we received a calm reception borne of the anticipation that we were on our way - they knew the background, and we were quickly directed to the appropriate care.
