Terry is the best mortgage loan officer any body can ask for.  My husband and I are first time home buyers and Terry walked us through each step, every step with professionalism, courtesy and patience.  He helped us from beginning to end.  There was never a point where he made me feel I was asking too many questions and he was always pleasant with me (despite my repeated questions, numerous calls and emails)!  Closing on a house is no easy task and it's one of the most important milestones in a person's life.  To have someone like Terry be there every step of the way made this whole journey so much better - and trust me - it's a roller coaster ride.  Terry always made himself available to us and was always responsive (especially during my anxiety and panic attacks)!  I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance.
