They are honest and down to earth. They are not a big, corporate chain. It is a mom-and-pop business and they care about their customers.

Received a detailed estimate, description and accounting for the work that was proposed and performed, with assurance that it is guaranteed for 18 months/18000 miles. 2 months later, car is running fine/no problems. Not cheap, but they appear to me to be quite conscientious, professional and thorough. they also provide transportation to/from their garage - a big problem-solver for me. Will definitely go back next time the car needs work.

We have been using KPS for repairs on all 4 of our cars for the last few years. Quality is always excellent and they operate with integrity and HONESTY. One of our cars is an older model, and we were trying to keep it running until our child went to college. They have always been honest about the level of repairs needed, advising us what was necessary for safety/mechnical reasons and what wasn't. Once, a part was out of warranty when it failed. Bob honored the warranty, even though the manufacturer did not. It's hard to find someone these days who possesses that level of honesty anywhere. I would highly recommend.

They are very friendly and courteous. They are responsive when I call them. The shop is very clean, and its a pleasurable experience!

I had a very good experience. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They weren't pushy when they gave me a call back about what my car needed. My car is a little older, so I didn't want any work done that wasn't necessary and they were very understanding about that. The only thing I didn't like is that they are not open on weekends, so if you work on weekdays you may have to drop your car off after business hours, but the drop off process is very easy.
