I was impressed that she remembered me and was willing to help me locate a mortgage broker that she felt was reputable to help me refinance my home. She was gracious about it and helped me figuring out what the house might be worth relative to comparable sales. She was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful.

She showed up at 50 homes. She was unbelievably patient and never asked us to sign any commitment to her as a Realtor until we made an offer on a house.
