Jim was very nice and responsive. This was our first time selling a home and he explained the process and made sure it kept moving along. He understood our neighborhood well and provided good advice. We were remote, and he was easy to work with over email/phone. He even took care of the required fire inspection.

It went very well Jim is one of the best agents you could get. Selling a home has many details and Jim held up his end of the bargain. He is very knowledgeable and made it as easy as it could be.

He gives you incredible customer service in selling/buying real estate for you!  He goes all out and charges a reduced rate, normally the commission rate is between 5-6% and his is under 4%.  He's the first and only person I would go to for real estate!  I can't say enough good qualities about the guy, just all around!  He has always done his job to perfection.
