The service from Home Depo was excellent. Good price, and very professional service. It was well done. The guy who came in knew what was doing. We didn't have any problems. It was easy to set up the appointment. I think it was a good price, I have no idea if it should be any cheaper or more expensive. It was a reasonable price. They were on time and he was out in half an hour. With the experience I have had after using many of their services, they tend to be a bit expensive, but it is much better.

I hired an independent contractor to do the demolition and new installation of the kitchen cabinets.  He installed the well-fitting new wood cabinetry beautifully!

Purchased a clothes dryer on-line (low-end model, not available in store) without incident; order process was easy to follow and delivery was made on the scheduled date during the time window promised.  The two men who delivered and installed the dryer were courteous and expert.  I was most impressed with the competence and demeanor of the two men who delivered the dryer...required maneuvering it thru a tight-fit down narrow basement stairs, and they handled the job efficiently and  expertly.  Subsequently discovered, a week later, that the dryer did not heat up. Phone call was handled professionally by a Home Depot phone rep who connected me to the manufacturer's repair line to set up a service call (problem turned out to be a simple reconnection of a disconnected wire. Have not owned the machine long enough to comment on its quality or reliability otherwise).  My only dissatisfaction (other than an initial problem with the appliance which was, in fairness, promptly corrected) is that I asked the Home Depot rep to arrange for a paper copy of my receipt to be mailed to me as proof of purchase/warranty, and was told the request had been processed...but the paper copy never arrived.  Had they not dropped the ball on that, I would rate them A instead of B

I think generally they are good, but some of their products are a little bit second rate may be, but not all of them for sure. Their service is good enough for the kind of big-box store it is, and it’s not like somebody holds my hand when I am there, but that’s not what I expected. Their punctuality is excellent. I would use them in the future; in fact, I am going there today.

THIS COMPANY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. WE THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS OKAY. THE PRICE WE PAID INCLUDED PURCHASING & INSTALLATION. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AS OF RIGHT NOW.
