Lighting Service
Although we could have easily ordered everything online, we like to support local businesses and we like to talk to experts directly. In this particular case, we should have gone online because the first individual to try to help us simply did not know anything about the ceiling fans that they could order for us, nor did he know how to even place an order. Why this person is even in the store remains a puzzle. Another person placed our order...and it didn't help: we received the wrong fan. After claiming that someone at the place from which the fan was ordered made the error, the folks at Hesco were not very prompt at remedying the situation. In essence, Hesco lighting provides no legitimate reason for their existence. They are not helpful, have very little inventory and a small showroom, and can't delivery very basic customer service.
