I am still working with them to purchase a home. My experiance so far has been good and will use them again.

Our agent was very helpful in terms of negotiating the price and provided good referrals for the other services that we needed in terms of purchasing, home inspection, etc.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

This is specifically for agent Janet Stefandl. I found her to be difficult to work with, secretive, manipulative, and not someone I trust to have her client's best interests at heart. I was leaving an apartment before my lease end, and was working her and my landlords to secure a new tenant. We had a lot of interest. Among the interested parties, the realtor picked one and had them sign a new lease without telling the landlords or myself that a lease had been signed for almost a week. Except, she never secured a deposit from the person who did sign the lease, and several weeks went by with only a signed lease and no security deposit. In the meantime, the other interested parties dropped off as she kept on delaying them. For those weeks, I was left with uncertainty as to a move-out date. She insisted that there was no uncertainty, but it was unclear what action she would be willing to take if she did not get the security deposit. Eventually, when the entire ordeal was over, she insisted that I pay a fee to her equal to the new lease's monthly rent, which was $200 higher than the monthly rent on the lease I myself signed. Bottom line: don't use her. She will be civil only as long as she is getting what she wants, and has no problem at all with being nasty if you question her.
