They were great. They were neat, put coverage over their shoes, and professional people.

They delivered my new washer and dryer on July 7th.  They started to install and found a plumbing problem.  I had the plumbing problem fixed and they came back out on July 14th.  They showed up an hour late outside of their window and when they unpacked there was a dent in the dryer.  They packed everything back up and took it back.  They were scheduled to come back on Saturday July 16th, they were an hour and a half late from their window.  When they unpacked everything, they had dishwasher hoses instead of washer hoses.  They left everything and I took the hoses back to the store to exchange for the proper hoses.  While I was in the store I tried to set up an appointment for installation and they didn't get it scheduled correctly.  I called on Monday and the earliest they had was Wednesday.  On Wednesday, they were 30 minutes late from the scheduled time so I had to leave for a doctors appointment.  I called them when I was leaving for my appointment and when I returned so they could install my appliances.  They came out and while installing the dryer they informed me that they couldn't do a side vent, which I asked about when purchasing and was told yes they could do that.  I called the store and the salesman insisted that they could do the side installation but that he would call me back.  I called them back again on July 21st and spoke with the general manager - Jamie -  who advised me that cannot handle this type of vent and they wouldn't pay for a private install because I didn't pay for installation.  Installation is supposed to be included with my purchase because it was over a certain dollar figure.  They said they might be able to do a small discount but they couldn't pay for someone else to install.

I DID NOT SHOP AROUND TO SEE IF SOMEONE ELSE WOULD DO THE WORK CHEAPER THAN THIS COMPANY DID IT. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB AND I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT SINCE.
