Joe and his team just finished painting the total exterior of our house. They did a magnificent job! We felt that they had undertaken a project everyone was interested in. Joe is a very easy person to communicate with, and it’s clear that his team of four ( sometimes five in our case) appreciate his orders and they all worked with precision on every detail. He suggested we paint the ceiling of our deck in a lighter shade as the rest of the exterior, with wonderful results. Many of our neighbours have stopped to say how beautiful the house looks and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Five Star Painting as the best company around.

Awful. I asked that the mullions be spray painted. Nope; it was hand painted and peeled as soon as I opened a window. The cutting around doors was terrible; semi gloss was used to touch up areas that were painted in eggshell. Paint had to be scraped off woodwork. Paint around French door glass was not good.

Joe and his team did an excellent job. We've got an all wood house that, along with the painting, needed some minor carpentry repairs. Joe spent the extra effort to make the carpentry fixes look 'right'. All in all, a very professional job at a fair price.

We are so happy with Five Star Painting. We hired them over the summer to paint the exterior of our house and we were so happy with the work that was done. The crew was really professional and worked really hard - despite all the rain - to finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. We hired them again recently to paint our interior staircase and upstairs hallway. The walls are old plaster and had been covered with textured paintable wallpaper. The crew from Five Star Painting removed the old wallpaper, fixed the plaster walls and repainting the walls and trim. Everything looks amazing! You'd neve know how beat up the walls and woodwork were. It all looks brand-new. Everyone at Five Star is professional, friendly, responsive and just pleasant to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone!

We were very happy with Joe and Five Star Painting. First they gave us a reasonable quote (compared to others that asked 2-3X more). We had to wait about 6+ weeks to start the job but that was okay considering it was peak season and we were in no rush. The work started on time and Joe and his team showed up every day to prep and paint the house. Clean up every day was great. The crew was hardworking. I was very happy that Joe also recaulked many of my windows that were in bad shape. He also fixed several areas where the trim was rotting or where animals had chewed their way into the roof. All at very reasonable expenses. The job took about 2 weeks and it turned out great - we are very happy with the result. Joe was also a great consultant for colors. I strongly recommend Joe and Five Star!

Five Star Painting provided excellent services for a reasonable price. They were very responsive when we first reached out, and gave us an estimate in a day or two from when the first came to discuss the project. The price they charged was just about exactly where we were expecting it to be, and the work they did was excellent. The members of the team who came to do the work were friendly and courteous. They were respectful of our property and landscaping around the house, and did a very thorough job. We would definitely recommend Five Star Painting if you are looking to have exterior paint work done. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Joe came and gave a precise estimate; we requested a slightly higher grade of paint and although Joe defended their standard choice he was happy to comply with our request. The estimate was revised accordingly. Then Lisa called and gave us a date -- it was more than a month later, but we were willing to wait. When the date arrived, 2 guys came to do the exterior power washing, then for the next 4 days we had between 3 and 5 guys there every day. They were professional and courteous and they did a superb job. The house is beige with brown trim and we asked that it be kept that way. Joe decided that a slightly darker brown would be better and he was absolutely correct. The crew foreman was present at all times and Joe came by at least once each day to check on things and to ask us if there were any problems. At the end they did a total cleanup and they even removed their sign from our front lawn! (I can't count the number of signs in my garage from contractors who left them at the conclusion of the work.) We are absolutely delighted with the result. Their price is not rock bottom, but it is still very reasonable and the quality per dollar is very high.

Christian and his team did a great job. I needed my entire house painted after moving into a new home and they completed the job in just 2 days and the quality was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I have a rental property, which I now want to sell. I recently rented to a family of 6 people, who lived in the house about three years, and now the house needed repainting. I had hired Five Star Painting in 2010 and at that time they painting the entire house in 2 l/2 days going through 8 inches of snow to get to the house. It was an excellent paint job. Now in 2018 I needed another whole house interior paint job including the doors and closets. Joe, the owner, included the Sherwin Williams paint in the contract. His five employees were prompt, neat and quick and painted the entire house in 2 days for a price reasonably more than I paid in 2010. Five Star Painting is licensed and insured. His employees are well trained in using the paint sprayers. They did the job cleanly, neatly and efficiently. This time the house needed only one coat of paint. Afterward, the employees reviewed their work, repainting any mistakes. I would most definitely hire Five Star Paining again and would highly recommend them. The company values their commitment to doing neat, efficient, quality work in a timely professional manner.

Having gotten estimates from other people over the years, they are usually very competitive, they're a little bit on the lower end.

The house looks great. It is 60 years old but looks brand new after Joe and crew finished the job. I could not be happier. Communication was great from Day 1, everything professionally done, they matched the paint color I requested perfectly. Great job, I will recommend Five Star Painting to everyone.

The company was very responsive when scheduling the completion of the job and providing the estimate. I could not match the paint in the living room, so therefore I visited the local Sherwin Williams near my residence and contacted Five Star, who picked up the paint and supplies and included the paint in the estimate. The painters and owner arrived on time and completed the job. They were quiet and organized and ensured that all furniture that remained in the room was properly covered. They did an exceptional job and even stated that if I was not completely satisfied that they would return free of charge to touch up any areas I felt was not to my satisfaction. They took there time to ensure that all drywall repair was completed to my satisfaction prior to painting the room. They even painting 2 areas of my stairway wall that were under my trim leading upstairs which split the wall halfway.  I was completely satisfied with there work and professionalism and would definitely hire the company again.

Closing on my condo, I had furniture that was scheduled to arrive, and I needed to get my condo painted prior to furniture arriving.  I already scheduled the paint job with Five Star Painting, when my closing got delayed by a week.  Joe and Lisa were extremely accommodating in terms of rescheduling my paint job. 
After I closed on my condo, Joe and his team showed up.  I wanted two coats of paint in my bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room & bedroom.  Joe worked on the wood work for the Wayne's coating in the dining room.  His guys painted the rest of my apartment.  Most of the painting was done after the first day.  Joe came back by himself the second day to finish the Wayne's coating in the dining room and paint the dining room.
My condo looks great.  The job got done quickly.  They worked with me when I needed to reschedule, and the price was reasonable.  I couldn't be happier with the work.

The guys were great and professional, always on time, respectful of our privacy. The price was fair and the didn't ask for payment until the job was done.  At the last minute we asked they paint the front and back doors and it was no problem at all.
There is a small fee if you pay by credit card, which was fine. Will recommend them to everyone! Beyond happy with the work, responsiveness and professionalism of the crew.
