He have been very professional and explain to me very well what you need to do and what he have done. He stick with original estimate even though the work ended up more after he saw the problem. He needed to come in to my house probably 5 times, but every time after his work, he cleaned very nicely and returned my dining furnitures to original positions. I was very pleased to work with you. I would definitely recommend him.

The workmanship went well. It always goes well with Dimo. He has an attention to detail guy. He looks at the small stuff and the job looks nicer. He always cleans up each day and he goes through the area. It’s very comfortable and I don’t feel like that my kids are walking through the nails.

He and his crew were excellent to work with.  Dimo is honest and punctual and really knows his stuff.  They encountered unexpected problems, in this case termite damage, but adjusted their plan smoothly and professionally. His crew members were pleasant and respectful. One even changed a flat tire for me.  They paid particular attention to details like the functioning of the garage door and the appearance of the replacement siding. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our privacy. They stayed within the bid.

He is awesome. He is a Bulgarian immigrant, but his English is great. He has got good people working with him too. He sends us invoices and doesn?t stand there saying that he needs to get paid right away. He has the key to my house so that he can enter when I am not there. If I call him he would return my call within an hour. He had done work for my neighbor who is a stay-at-home mom with little kids. She said it was like having her brother-in-law working in the house. He is that good.

Really well! He outlined his quote in writing, walked through the project at each stage identifing ideas where he could do something more that would improve the outcome... there was no insulation in the exterior walls! Had is own subs -Tile guy (although Dimo can do most of the tile work himself) Great electicial and plumbing guys. He cleans up every day and is very conscious of dust, pets and children. His own employees are helpful and friendly. I asked him to fix a few items from a previous contractor and he pointed out several problems and fixed them properly. Well organized. Lastly great finish work- he is perfectionist. wish I had more work for him He speaks English as well as I do and is well spoken, invoices are timely and accurate
