After deciding I wanted to buy, I called Barbara and she began to Email me potential properties. After deciding to see some, she arranged the appointments, walked through the properties with me and then negotiated with the seller's agent on a sale price. I didn't use the mortgage agent she recommended this time and it cost me. The mortgage company's service was awful but Barbara helped get things through despite the company's poor service. It's nice not having to worry about whether your realtor is getting you the best deal. If I moved to Alaska to buy a house, I'd fly her up to handle the transaction rather than face an unknown.
