 + -1 moreAfter deciding I wanted to buy, I called Barbara and she began to Email me potential properties. After deciding to see some, she arranged the appointments, walked through the properties with me and then negotiated with the seller's agent on a sale price. I didn't use the mortgage agent she recommended this time and it cost me. The mortgage company's service was awful but Barbara helped get things through despite the company's poor service. It's nice not having to worry about whether your realtor is getting you the best deal. If I moved to Alaska to buy a house, I'd fly her up to handle the transaction rather than face an unknown.
Description of Work: Real Estate Agent-- I used Barbara to represent me as a buyer, so her payment came out of the commission paid out of the the seller's proceeds. I've used Barbara twice before, once as a buyer and once as a seller. It can be difficult to find a realtor one really trusts, and I have complete trust in Barbara Berger. She is helpful in locating potential properties for those seeking to buy a home, and locating potential buyers for those selling. I've found her to be honest, trustworthy and professional, and she is very good at negotiating. I also highly recommend utilizing the mortgage companies, attorney and home inspectors Barbara recommends. She seems to have a lengthy relationship with them and can vouch for their work.
