"This customer requested a price over the phone unfortunately the only price we can give with site unseen would be a normal chimney certification and inspection which requires removal of flue pipe from furnace and water heater to access the chimney. We then inspect the chimney with video equipment and then replace flue piping leading to furnace and water heater and seal flue piping into chimney. This was explained to customer over the phone and we could not give an exact price on chimney work without physically seeing the chimney. Thank you for expressing your concerns about our pricing."
