Randy and his crew made the long trip from New Jersey to Long Island after I contacted Aftermath. He called several times during the trip to advise us on his progress.
Once in the home, Randy assessed the situation, contacted his office and put together a proposal for the clean up. He spent a lot of time with me explaining what needed to be done, how it was going to be accomplished and reviewing the contract. He answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Once I accepted the proposal and signed the contract, the two man crew got to work. They setup their clean area where any contaminated material was packed into clearly marked containers. They wore what appeared to be the proper biohazard personal protection gear. They worked quietly and continuously. The whole job from assessment to completion took just over four hours.
Given the situation, Randy and his crew were extremely respectful and professional.
