"There was an oversight on ordering Ms. [removed member name]'s replacement stems for her faucet. We completed a service call at her home in November when we replaced the tank parts in 5 water closets and replaced a pop-up assembly in the upstairs bath. 3.75 hrs of labor and the replacement pop-up and toilet parts totaled $825.95. It was indeed a mistake on our part that we did not order the replacement stems but when she called about it in April (5 months after our initial visit) we immediately took action to order the stems. When we phoned Ms. [removed member name] to ask for a photo of the faucet (it takes different stems than the typical Kohler faucet) she informed us that she already sent a picture to a local supply house and they were ordering the stems for her. There were no issues witht he services we provided her and I do not think that that warrants an overall "F" rating."
"[member name removed] has obviously posted some contradictory reviews... different grades on same day. She also states the services were provided in February but it was acutally November. Yes... we have apprentices on staff!!!! There is only one way for plumber to learn and gain experience in the field and the the apprentices we employ are enrolled in the NJ Aprrenticeship Program. We did not charge [member name removed] for the apprentice we sent with the technician in November. We only charge for the apprentices time when they are actively needed to complete a job and it couldn't have been completed with one man. Other times, like the job at [member name removed]'s, the apprentice is there to learn. Why anybody would want to deny a person the chance to learn is beyond my comprehension. It was noted on our technician's ticket that day that the homeowner did not want a "helper" sent next time. By all means we would have honored that request, silly as it may seem. If anything, the job was completed more efficiently because the apprentice was there that day... it certainly DID NOT take longer because he was there. I think [member name removed]'s reviews cannot be trusted since they are both contradictory and inaccurate."
