+ -1 moreThe cost to repair the small tear was $30 which was very reasonable. I dropped off the seat cushion on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009. On Tuesday, Nov. 10th I called the shop to find out when they might complete my seat cushion. The person on the phone was so abrasive and rude to me it took me back a bit. I was told that they would have it done by Friday, Nov. 13th. I didn't feel comfortable with their response so I picked up the seat cushion without them repairing it. I was surprisedly disappointed with their service because a family member highly recommended them to me based on their own experience with this company.
Description of Work: Repair a small tear in a seat cushion of a sofa. The upholsterer would place a fabric behind the tear and stitch around the area so that the tear would not get any larger. The fabric was polyester and cotton.
