It went well. Representative inspected through the entire home. Representative inspected around the outside of the home. Representative inspected on top of the roof. I thought the individual was thorough and efficient. The entire process took about 2 hours. Company sent a detailed report via internet access. Was able to download report as a pdf file. I would have liked to video record the process, but they have a policy against video recording.

Very well. Very thorough. Provided excellent pictures and descriptions of what flaws there were around the house. They also helped out with getting seller to pay for a couple cracks in the foundation after the seller claimed to fix them when he fixed them improperly.

Chris was thorough in his inspection. Started on roof as I was about 10 minutes late. then was methodical going room by room.  Was able to fit in tight spaces in the attic (I am still not sure how he got into the nooks and crannies). He was especially thorough in the crawl space.

We were considering our options for our house in Maragate, and hired Chris to ensure we would get an expert, unbiased opinion of its current state so we could decide our course ahead. He met our expectations perfectly. He is knowledgeable, professional and thorough in his approach and gave us a comprehensive analysis we can use to decide what to do and when. If i were buying, contemplating selling or, like us, just wanted to know what we should do to repair and existing home, and not rely solely on the assessments of people who want to do the repair work for you, I would strongly recommend you get Chris to inspect your home.

Stankus HomePro Inc was very thorough in their home inspection process.  They checked every area of the house and took pictures of all areas that needed to be addressed.  They also worked in conjunction with someone for a termite inspection, as well.  Because of their attention to detail, the seller now has to fix a few of the electrical issues that came up in the inspection.  I would definitely recommend.

Chris is a true professional. He was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. He found some things that needed attention and even offered advice for rectifying them. The biggest discovery was the presence of three layers of roofing material. The first inspector completely missed it! As a result we were able to get the seller to replace the entire roof. At the end of the inspection, Chris showed us pictures and pointed out areas of concern. By the next day we were able to access the report which was very easy to follow and included photos so we knew what he was referring to. We were very pleased with his work.

It went pretty well. He got there a half hour early which was not a bad thing but I was unable to be there when he arrived. They were able to fit me in right away and answer all my questions.

We found this company through Angie's List and called them after another company was unavailable (and were not very friendly).  We are so thankful that company did not work out because, this company was fantastic!
Chris Stankus did a very thorough inspection of my shore property.  He took the time to go through every detail in the home and explain it to us.  He sent his report the very next day so that we could work with the seller immediately on any areas of concern.  On top of that, he was a very reliable resource after hurricane Sandy hit and reinspected the property two additional times for a small fee.  We could not have asked for a better experience.  We learned through our realtor that the house had been inspected the previous year and none of the issues he found (serious structural issues) were identified.
His office assistant was very pleasant and easy to work with.
We highly recommend them for home inspection needs.

Inspector (owner who was recommended by selling realtor) was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and on time.  He spent over 2 hours doing the inspection and did not rush.  He answered all questions from the prospective homeowner and selling realtor who was present.  He provided a detailed 75 page report with pictures within 24 hours via email to buyer and realtor.  Report resulted in buyer terminating purchase.  Realtor did not object to his findings.  Work was performed at 105 Bridle Path Dr Egg Harbor, NJ.  I would definitely use this home inspection company again.

What a professional! He arrived when promised, set up his laptop and began working. He took at least 100 digital pictures that became part of his report (which was delivered by email within 24 hours - YAY!) He was at the house almost 4 hours (it's a BIG house, but this was still amazingly great). Chris spent a lot of time with me as I followed him around explaining how the different systems in the house work and how to maintain them. He was open with his advice and suggestions. I am SOOOO glad I found this guy.
