Very organize, attention to details, listen to customer's needs. We explained our floors needed a transition between floors to be flat for my husband be able to transit in his wheelchair without bumps. Heline & Ron make sure it was done properly. I have highly chemical sensitivities and Heline & Ron were very accomodative to work an underlayment that was safe for my health condition. The installers, Ivan & Marcos, were very knowledgeable, courteous and hard workers. Came very punctual,, worked very hard, and cleaned up everything at the end. The end results are amazing floors without any barrier for my husband wheelchair. Hey Heline, Since the paper used was provided by me, The floor looks so Beautiful and flat, is a Dream!! The best experience ! They did an amazing job, including going out of their way dealing with 50 yo mastic glued lino on top of the wood because they knew it mattered, and I'm still baffled how well it turned out, and the extra effort/mile. My white oak floors were in really bad shape, covered with carpet for 50 yrs with previous owners, which i removed 4 ago, barely any poly left to protect the floors, and my dogs who added more stains to it. The end result is amazing, so beautiful nobody will be allowed with shoes on now lol. I had to postpone 3 times the project, and they kindly obliged without concerns. They were understanding, and kind. The level of customer service received is superior to anything experienced to date in NJ. They take pride in their work and are with you every step of the way answering questions or concerns, flexible with your schedule. I have seen inlay work they are doing at another customer, wow! Pride and dedication is at the forefront of this business, and i wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. You get so much more than expected, and always with a smile.

Floors look fantastic! We had our 20 year old Gunstock stained builder installed hardwood floors refinished in 3 days. First day was really loud but the workers completed sanding 3 rooms & applied one coat of satin finish polyurethane in only a few hours. Dust was extremely minimal! (Vapor was strong and had to open windows.) They came back days 2 & 3 and buffed and applied another coat of satin polyurethane, which took less than one hour. Minimal scuffing of baseboard trim. They were very careful, professional, fast and their workmanship exceeded my expectations. Wish I could add a picture! If I knew it was so simple & affordable, I would have done years ago!!! I hired Lion Wood Floors to refinish my hardwood floors. They were the most friendly, cost efficient, and reliable I have ever dealt with. They completed the work on schedule and at the price they quoted. They were a pleasure to work with. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend them.

I ve used several other hardwood floor refinishers in the past and these guys were the best we have ever used. As a contractor and home inspector we have seen many refinished floors. There work is the best we ever seen!! We will only use Lion Wood Floors in the future. Oh and there price was the best out of any company we have used.

If you are looking for true professionals look no further. Helene and Ron were a pleasure to work with. Our job was a bit challenging due to uneven floor complications from the builder, but Ron and his team did a wonderful job of correcting the problem. Our 5 hand scraped wood flooring is beautiful. Heline provided the clearest, most detailed information about the project, what prep work was needed on my part, what length of time would be required until the area could be used again, etc. They were very accommodating about changes in arrival time due to my work commitments. They made sure that all dust and debris was removed. Minimal cleanup needed after the work crew left. I would highly recommend this company.

They use top quality materials, have an excellent crew who work extremely neatly and with top notch craftsmanship. They matched the staining of the newly installed and existing HW floor PERFECTLY. Our Project was completed on schedule and our large Thanksgiving gathering of Family and Friends came with much marvel and praise over the newly installed beautiful HW floors. From start to finish we were extremely impressed by Lion Wood Floor's service and professionalism. When I called to make an appointment, Helene returned my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. She showed up promptly at the time she had scheduled for our appointment. She even called while on the way to let us know she was on the way, even though she was going to be on time. When Helene arrived, she gave us a price that seemed more than fair, and then was honest enough to let us know that that was the minimum price and they could do another hallway and bedroom as well for the same price! We were very happy when they scheduled our floors to be refinished very soon after that initial appointment. Our floors were very worn and damaged and Ron and his crew did an AMAZING job. Our floors look GORGEOUS! I never thought they would look this beautiful. Areas that were very darkened from water damage are virtually gone. We mailed them a check after the work was completed. The check was lost in the mail. Helene was extremely patient and nice while we waited two weeks hoping that original check would turn up but it never did. I can't recommend a company more highly than Lion Wood Floors. They are the nicest and most professional people to deal with, and do absolutely beautiful work!

They were easy to work with . They found problems with the floor that no other floor people found. Finished the floor on time. also fixed problems that can later. I would highly recommend Lion Wood Floors. Ron and Heline are professional and also nice people.

They are wonderful! Had another contractor walk away from the job due to 70 years of excessive wax on floors. Left a mess. Lions came, evaluated, and planned a strategy that left us with beautiful floors! I highly recommend them!
