 + 0 moreThe crew did installed the patio and steps. The job was never completed. Now I have to find a contractor to finish up.
Description of Work: G.O. Remodeling installed paving stones for a patio and external stair way on my house, in late 2010. There was a front walk and landing they were do install in the Spring of 2011. During the Winter of 2010 approximately 50 paving stones came loose from the steps. They never returned to complete the work or repair the steps. I have had at least 5 telecoms with Mr. Grebargt during which he committed to come and never did. I have also left him several dozen voice mails, all unanswered. The company work was adequate, but the follow up and job completion was abysmal.

 + -1 moreVery happy with work performed - quality, professional job!. 2-3 men crew were prompt and courteous. Job site was always kept clean. Fee was reasonable - I paid by the day/per man. I received receipts for materials (including a rebate!) and paid for labor/materials after service performed. (FYI -- The price I noted above included all of the materials, as well as labor). I was referred to GO Remodeling when my first contractor had to bail out. Mike stepped right in and did an amazing job! He's very patient, listens to what you want, and helps you accomplish your goal. After this major renovation (which was a rental house) he's come back to perform other small jobs at our main house. Always a pleasure! I am reluctant to enter a review here-- because I'd like to keep Mike and his crew all to myself!
Description of Work: Compete remodel of small, 3 room house. Including- new bathroom (including wonderful tile work on walls and floor), and kitchen. Installed new kitchen/bathroom cabinets and finish work. (IKEA kitchen). Re-did all floors - with subfloor and vinyl planking. New framing, dry wall, insulation, patching and painting. Installed trim molding, relocated door, added new closet w/ sliding doors. Old front porch door removed and lovingly refinished. Replaced 2 windows. Powerwashed house, deck. Stained the deck, repaired and painted front porch.
